新加坡北京总会是由中国北京和新加坡企业家自愿联合发起成立，经新加坡政府核准登记的非营利组织。

总会成立的使命是促进新中两国企业家之间的友好交流和往来，推动区域经济繁荣与创新。通过促进对两国商业环境和合作机会的了解，组织两国企业家之间的论坛、会议、讲座和互访，开展两国间高校和科研机构之间的交流互动，寻找合作机会和科研成果的转化及创新，总会将努力深化新中高水平合作与发展。

总会作为新中两国合作的重要平台，以“公益为本、融通新中、创新发展、合作共赢”为宗旨，凝聚会员力量通过整合资源，支持捐助新加坡慈善机构，参与各种公益活动，积极推动新中两国民间友好交流往来。

The Singapore-Beijing General Chamber of Commerce is anon-profit organization jointly initiated and established by entrepreneurs from Beijing and Singapore, and duly registered with the Singapore government.

The Chamber’s mission is to promote friendly exchange and interaction between entrepreneurs of both countries, while contributing to regional economic prosperity and innovation. The Chamber is committed to deepening high-level co-operation and development between Singapore and China through initiatives such as enhancing mutual understanding and co-operation opportunities in Singapore and China by organizing forums, conferences, seminars, and reciprocal visits between entrepreneurs, facilitating academic and research exchange among universities and institutions of higher learning in both countries. in addition, it seeks to explore avenues for collaboration, innovation, and the commercialization of research achievements.

As an important platform for bilateral co-operation, the Chamber upholds the principles of “Serving the Public, Connecting Singapore & China, Innovating for Growth, Winning Together.” By uniting its members and integrating resources, the Chamber actively supports charitable causes in Singapore, participates in public welfare initiatives, and contributes to strengthening people-to-people ties and fostering lasting friendship between the two nations.
